Position Overview

In the role of QA Analyst at Diamond Game, you will work closely with engineering and product management teams to guarantee that our lottery and slot gaming offerings adhere to rigorous quality standards. Beyond testing product functionalities, you will also provide technical assistance and participate in the On-Call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute various testing methodologies, including exploratory, functional, and regression testing;
  • Implement test scripts across multiple platforms to ensure product reliability;
  • Document comprehensive test cases and defect reports;
  • Diagnose software, hardware, and network challenges;
  • Quickly and effectively assimilate new technologies;
  • Travel as necessary to support UAT sites and certification facilities;
  • Exemplify and promote Diamond Game's core values;
  • Carry out additional duties as directed by management.

Education & Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience;
  • Minimum of 2 years of QA testing experience in a client-server setting;
  • Proficiency with MS SQL databases and SQL queries;
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite, Content Management Systems, and gaming technologies;
  • Experience in customer service and lottery/slot gaming is advantageous.
