Sales Director

We are a dynamic, rapidly growing BPO company seeking an experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of driving explosive growth in the BPO industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for aggressively pursuing and securing new client contracts, developing innovative sales strategies, and building a robust pipeline of potential clients across various industries. Our ideal candidate is a hungry, aggressive sales professional who lives and breathes BPO and has a history of surpassing sales targets.
We offer a highly competitive base salary of $120,000 per year with an uncapped commission structure, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company. As a Sales Manager at Financial Rescue LLC, you will have autonomy to drive sales strategies and processes, as well as potential for rapid career advancement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressively pursue and secure new client contracts
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to outperform competitors
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients across various industries
- Negotiate complex, high-value contracts with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
- Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets
- Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt sales approaches accordingly
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of exceptional sales performance in the BPO industry (minimum 5 years) at a managerial capacity
- Demonstrated ability to close deals quickly and efficiently
- Extensive network of industry contacts and decision-makers
- Strong understanding of various BPO service offerings and market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Resilience and ability to thrive under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field; background in technology and development is an advantage.
