Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with Anatomage's overall business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to the executive team on sales performance and forecasts
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and enhance the customer experience
  • Oversee sales budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
