About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Cottingham & Butler. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through the development and execution of strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in the employee benefits or insurance industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
