Pay Range: $25.00 - $27.00

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a meticulous and professional Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage billing processes effectively.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be tasked with the billing of Builders assigned under various contracts and fire permits, ensuring compliance with established billing protocols. Responsibilities include handling billing for Single Family, Multi Family, and AIA Builders, as well as managing Fire Permit billing which encompasses Supplemental Fees and Fire Flow Tests.

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Controller


Key Responsibilities:

• Generate daily pending billing reports to track scheduled billings and gather necessary documentation.
• Submit billing in accordance with customer specifications and timelines, which includes generating NP releases and requesting supplier releases.
• Familiarize with billing procedures for new builders and assist in their onboarding process.
• Maintain a log for Fire Permits to track unbilled items and coordinate with the Fire department for necessary documentation.
• Update records for Missing Paysheets for review by relevant departments.
• Process automatic payments and manage scheduled billing items, referring any discrepancies to the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with Collections on any billing disputes.


Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable preferred.
• Familiarity with AIA billing practices.
• Strong understanding of contracts and billing procedures.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments regarding billing issues.
• Capable of working independently while demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
