We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Behavior Therapist to work at our group home in Bethany, CT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, special education, or a related field, and 2-3 years of experience providing direct support to adults with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support young adults with developmental, physical, and/or psychiatric disabilities in the Day Program and Community Settings.
  • Work to promote independence, socialization, and community integration.
  • Collaborate with a fun team of dedicated professionals to provide high-quality services.
