About the Role

Cultivate Behavioral Health and Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children, working collaboratively with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement treatment plans.
  • Collect and analyze data on behavior and skill acquisition, using this information to inform treatment decisions.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans, using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
  • Work closely with families to provide education and support, promoting a collaborative and empowering approach to treatment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, child development) preferred.
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably in a therapeutic or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 pounds.
