About the Role

Cultivate Behavioral Health and Education is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA therapy sessions to children in their homes, working collaboratively with a BCBA to implement treatment plans.
  • Collect and record behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
  • Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and other teaching/reinforcement methods as outlined in the Behavior Support Plan.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or College Degree.
  • Experience in childcare, healthcare, or mental health preferred, but not required.
  • Strong technology skills for data collection and entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively as part of a team.
