About the Role:

InBloom Autism Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home-based and center-based settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address specific behavioral goals and objectives for each client.
• Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and responses during therapy sessions, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to track and report client progress towards behavioral goals and make necessary adjustments to the intervention plan when required.

Requirements:

• Early education, special education, childcare, or personal experience working with children with Autism.
• Passion for working with children and helping others.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, driver's license, insurance, and smartphone.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction from senior staff members.
