Aspire Living & Learning is a non-profit human services agency dedicated to providing high-quality support to children and adults with autism and other disabilities. We are seeking a skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team in Hamden, CT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement educational and behavioral programs for children with autism and other disabilities
  • Collaborate with Special Education Teachers, Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, and other service providers
  • Provide direct support to children with disabilities

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $36,000 - $46,000
  • 8-weeks of PTO annually, including personal time, mental health days, and school vacations

  • 403(b) Deferred Compensation Plan with company match

Requirements:
