Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team at Cultivate Behavioral Management Corp. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children. This is a rewarding career opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping children achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children
* Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
* Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and various teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan
* Work collaboratively with a BCBA to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or College Degree
* Childcare, healthcare, or mental health experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate)
* Dependability and consistency are crucial for the child's success
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively as part of a team
