We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at One Legal, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions for legal professionals. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging new customers, articulating the value of our solutions, and driving sales growth.

In this role, you will develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, oversee the successful onboarding and initial growth of deals, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships, managing sales opportunities from initial interest through the first 12 months of technology use, and developing in-depth knowledge of our target market.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a B2B Sales Executive or similar, selling software to professional services buyers, with a proven track record of over-achievement versus targets and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Strong consultative sales skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and technical aptitude with experience in web technologies and SaaS solutions are essential.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 per year, with uncapped commissions and a competitive total rewards package.
