Senior Electrical Engineer Utilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer Utilities to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing utilities assets and supporting processes to achieve unit objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop utilities assets and supporting processes to meet site objectives.
- Lead single or multiple capital or major maintenance projects with a financial scope of up to $10 million from conception through commercialization.
- Provide functional guidance in the design, development, and optimization of facilities and utility equipment and processes to meet site objectives.
- Seek, recognize, define, and solve problems to achieve unit objectives.
- Identify complex technical issues and provide necessary solutions to eliminate root cause.
- Assist in the development of others within the area of expertise, while demonstrating an understanding of those with a diverse background or experience.
- Communicate fully with all levels of the organization, being informative without being obtrusive, timely, yet prompt, complete, yet concise, candid, yet accurate, and clear, yet responsive.

To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university, and 10+ years of experience in a variety of technical or operational assignments. You must also have experience with power distribution, manufacturing control systems, and a demonstrated ability to translate technical knowledge into execution of process and capacity improvements in capital or expense projects.
