About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President to lead our Operations team in the Insurance industry. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving commercial and personal lines product support, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading key projects to improve efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts in account retention, carrier management, and client service development
  • Drive commercial and personal lines product support to ensure high client satisfaction
  • Develop and analyze data/metrics of support service efforts, including outstanding expirations, overdue activities, book revenue, and other metrics
  • Steadily drive improvement in product and service offerings to make our company more desirable to clients and prospects
  • Consistently hire, monitor, train, and develop exceptional account management and client service team members
  • Evaluate, manage, train, coach, and counsel account management and client service staff to ensure a consultative approach to account/client management and retention
  • Facilitate training and cross-training platforms, including WorkSmart and Vertifore conference attendance
  • Work with operational teams and account management leadership to ensure account services processes are seamless regardless of location or support team
  • Develop and manage a standardized renewal process, including requests from carriers and proposals delivered to clients
  • Provide carrier partners with a primary contact for personal and commercial lines, in conjunction with leadership, including sales and operations
  • Assist account management team with access to carrier partners, new vendors, or products that may benefit clients
  • Lead the successful roll-out of the WorkSmart software in AMS
  • Lead the monthly business review meetings with key sales, operational, and financial leadership
Requirements
  • 15+ years' experience in the insurance industry with a focus on Operations, Client Retention, and opportunities for New Business
  • College degree preferred or comparable work experience
  • CPCU, CISR, CIC, AIS, and/or AFIS, a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a client service environment
