Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic planning and oversight for client accounts
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly reporting and guidance
- Conduct quarterly analysis and provide recommendations to clients
- Offer consultative reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Act as a vendor liaison for clients, addressing service, billing, and eligibility issues with carriers
- Ensure effective delegation and follow-up with senior team members
- Review and support contract compliance
- Implement and maintain outstanding checklists and renewal timelines for assigned clients
- Provide proactive customer service and HR support
- Coordinate communication, education, and wellness support with team members
- Maintain accurate files and databases
- Support implementation and compliance efforts in coordination with team members
- Assist with the onboarding process for new business cases and new business lines on designated accounts
- 8+ years of experience in Client Management in Employee Benefits
- Self-funded Plans experience required, covering carve-out pharmacy, core benefits, voluntary benefits, ancillary benefits, and enrollment/eligibility systems options for clients
- Bachelor's degree required, post-graduate degree preferred
- Resident State Life and Health Department of Insurance License
