ResponsibilitiesThis role requires the ability to establish customer relationships, respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. You will use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options, work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

RequirementsTo excel in this role, you should have sales experience, preferably outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing. A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is preferred. You should be enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and realize their dreams. Organizational skills, self-motivation, detail orientation, proactive problem-solving, dedication to customer service, and experience in computer applications, particularly Windows, are essential. Bilingual candidates will have an advantage in this role. Property and casualty license and life and health license are required.
