Insurance Sales and Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales and Relationship Manager. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, educating them about insurance options, and marketing products that meet their needs.
Role Overview:This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a team environment. You will be responsible for establishing relationships with customers, following up on leads, and identifying opportunities to market State Farm products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Educate customers about insurance options and product offerings
- Identify opportunities to market State Farm products and services to customers
- Develop leads and follow up on potential sales
