Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Banking Relationship Manager who will build strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up, engaging them via multiple channels, including in-person, virtual meetings, and digital communication. This role requires adaptability, empathy, and excellent communication skills to understand clients' needs and provide personalized solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four to five years of retail banking experience or equivalent training. A thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures, and support systems is essential, as well as expertise in all retail products and services. Proven customer service and interpersonal skills are also crucial for success in this position.
As a Banking Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying solutions based on their needs, and providing exceptional client experiences. You will work collaboratively with branch team members and partners to best serve clients, while leveraging available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience.
This role offers a competitive estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
