Pediatric Office Site Supervisor

Capital Area Pediatrics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Site Supervisor to join our leadership team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities at our practice locations, ensuring smooth and efficient staff and patient workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily patient and staff schedules in collaboration with the Practice Administrator.
- Provide input and support in decision-making processes.
- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and peers to maintain a positive team environment.
- Provide coverage at sites as needed to ensure practice needs are met.
- Participate in the Weekend Leader on Duty rotation to address issues and provide support.
- Oversee daily operations at the site, ensuring compliance with CAP policies and regulations.
- Serve as the on-site leader, addressing issues and implementing solutions.
- Develop and implement daily checklists to ensure optimal site performance.
- Conduct quality checks and reviews as assigned by the Practice Administrator.
- Monitor computer systems and resolve technical issues.
- Partner with the Practice Administrator to address staffing needs, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Monitor timekeeping and attendance, ensuring staff breaks and lunches are taken.
- Lead by example, promoting a positive culture and staff morale.
- Develop talent through training, coaching, and ongoing development.
- Monitor and improve patient and staff workflow for optimal efficiency.
- Provide exceptional patient service, resolving issues and escalating concerns.
- Review patient satisfaction data and report findings to the Practice Administrator.
- Assist the Practice Administrator in managing accounts receivable and time-of-service payments.
- Serve as the point person for billing team members to resolve revenue-impacting issues.
- Manage clinical supply and vaccine inventories, ensuring optimal levels and minimizing waste.
- At least one year of experience in healthcare administration or leadership.
- Direct supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Health Administration degree preferred.
- Ability to participate in weekend leadership on-call rotation.
