Job Summary: We are currently seeking experienced Restoration Project Operations Managers to oversee and manage restoration projects. As a vital part of our 24/7 operations, you will be included in an on-call rotation to address emergencies and supervise ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Communicate project expectations clearly and promptly to team members and clients.
  • Estimate necessary resources and participants to meet project objectives.
  • Continuously manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively among team members.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and issues within the project team.
  • Manage project dependencies and critical paths.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables closely.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and contractors, fostering accountability for their assigned tasks.
  • Build and nurture essential business relationships critical to project success.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the emergency services restoration and reconstruction sector.
  • Proven experience in a project management role, encompassing all aspects of process development and execution.
  • Possession of IICRC certifications.
  • Thorough knowledge of Xactimate Estimating Software.
  • Familiarity with smart devices and laptops is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing personnel effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
