Responsibilities and Requirements

As an Inside Sales Agent, your key responsibilities will include responding to inbound sales inquiries and outbound cold calling to cover leads to appointments, following scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections, qualifying leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to the real estate agent, adding to and maintaining a qualified database of leads, conducting market analysis to help establish property values for potential buyers and sellers, and accurately tracking and reporting productivity and sales metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, a real estate license or the ability to obtain one, and exceptional phone sales experience. They will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be results-oriented, and have a willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
