Job Summary
The Infinity Group is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a pipeline of clients for our real estate agents and working as an outbound sales agent for our team. This is a very important position for our team, as it creates appointments and prospects for the real estate agents on our team.

Salary: $65,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commission

Duties and Responsibilities:
This position has the ability to be very lucrative for the right person. We are offering a base salary in addition to commission, the salary you take home is up to you. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining rigorous prospecting for new business opportunities
  • Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets
  • Consulting with real estate agents to ensure the highest level of service for real estate transactions from initial contact through the listing agreements

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years of sales experience in any field, a Real Estate license or ability to obtain one, and exceptional phone sales experience. You should also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be results-oriented, and have the ability to take charge when needed.
