About the Role

Latitude 35 Solutions Llc is looking for a seasoned Real Estate Development Project Lead to manage our construction projects from planning to implementation. As a project lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, including resource allocation, contractor supervision, and project coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, and at least 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field is required.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
