Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee our Real Estate Development projects across the East Coast. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in construction management and possess strong leadership qualities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. This includes allocating resources, supervising General Contractors and Design Teams, and interfacing with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications. The ideal candidate will also help track and drive critical issues related to Design and Construction.

About the Role
  • $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred
  • Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
