Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Specialist to join our client's team at Randstad. As a key member of our data management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our master data, directly impacting crucial business processes such as Order to Cash and Supply Chain management.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain master data according to outlined data definitions, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and remediate data quality issues, and support the generation of data quality metrics.
  • Maintain data following defined guidelines, governance standards, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance policies, escalate issues when necessary, and implement data governance decisions.
  • Perform impact analysis of changes to data definitions, business rules, and data governance standards.
  • Provide input to Data Domain Leads and Data Stewards on data-specific processes.
  • Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), process diagrams, data dictionaries, and job aids for the domain.
  • Work independently and in collaboration with team members, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners regarding data operations.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in data management or a related field.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
