We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Master Data Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our master data, directly impacting crucial business processes such as Order to Cash and Supply Chain management.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and maintain master data according to outlined data definitions, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and remediate data quality issues, and support the generation of data quality metrics.
- Maintain data following defined guidelines, governance standards, and processes.
- Perform impact analysis of changes to data definitions, business rules, and data governance standards.
- Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), process diagrams, data dictionaries, and job aids for the domain.
- 3 years of experience in data management or a related field.
- Experience with data governance, data quality, and data analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
