- Collaborate with lenders, realtors, and title companies to obtain necessary information and documentation.
- Verify and update information within the Loan Origination System.
- Prepare initial Closing Disclosures and revised Closing Disclosures in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure accuracy of HMDA data and resolve any post-closing or audit findings.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of mortgage products and procedures.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend detailed instructions.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both written and oral communication in English and Spanish.
Office environment with moderate noise level. Frequent use of telephone, scanner, copier, computer, fax machine, and other office machines. Prolonged sitting or standing. Minimal lifting to 20 pounds.
