Key Responsibilities

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for maintaining good public relations with members and staff, providing excellent service to members, guests, and program participants, and greeting and assisting all members, potential members, and staff in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Maintain good public relations with members and staff.
  • Meet or exceed member retention targets.
  • Ensure excellent service to members, guests, and program participants.

Requirements:

  • You are committed to valuing and promoting diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
  • You know how to give great customer service.
  • You have at least two years of customer service, sales, or related experience (preferred).
  • You have excellent written and oral skills.
  • You are comfortable with computers and office equipment.
