We are seeking a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon – Generalist / Total Joint Surgeon to join our team at Franciscan Orthopedics - Silverdale. As a member of our well-respected team of six Orthopedic Surgeons and seven Advanced Practice Providers, you will be responsible for providing high-quality surgical care to patients in need of general orthopedics and total joints services.

You will work closely with our experienced team of surgeons and advanced practice providers to ensure seamless coordination of care and excellent patient outcomes.

• Provide surgical care to patients in need of general orthopedics and total joints services
• Work collaboratively with our experienced team of surgeons and advanced practice providers to ensure seamless coordination of care and excellent patient outcomes
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Unrestricted WA State Medical License
• Fellowship training or career experience in Total Joints, ability and interest in managing community trauma and general orthopedics
• Current WA DEA certificate required prior to start date
• Training or Experience in EPIC EMR

The estimated salary range for this position is $223.88 - $390.38 per hour, based on the location and level of experience. This compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
