Job Title: Front of House Supervisor

Card Kingdom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Mox Boarding House in Bellevue, WA. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the front-of-house team, including bartenders, servers, and hosts/hostesses.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the Restaurant General Manager, including updating schedules, tracking sales, and analyzing customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in restaurant operations, with a focus on front-of-house management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
