Job Summary:

The Front End Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and excellence in the department. This position is responsible for training and developing staff, maintaining employee relations, and promoting positive customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Address customer and employee concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards at all times.
  • Verify accuracy of administrative data to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Maintain Ready for Business (RFB) standards to ensure seamless operations.
  • Nurture strong relationships with vendors, customers, and corporate partners to uphold a positive and professional image.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior retail experience and knowledge of Asian products preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of ten key/calculator operations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
