Job Title: Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team at Wacker Chemie AG. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and using professional knowledge in promoting production, sales, and marketing activities across the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market data to monitor the performance of existing sales and/or marketing strategies and procedures.
  • Develop and execute market strategies for assigned market segments, inclusive of a formal Market Development Plan.
  • Provide key business objects data and preliminary analysis/interpretation to the BTs commercial teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date master data base, including competitive information.
  • Support larger trade shows including lead follow up, and other requests and special projects made by the BTs.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • High proficiency with SAP business warehouse and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Collect, analyze and present information regarding sales, profitability, markets & competition.
  • Perform market research in designated areas.
  • Systematic and analytical approach to data analysis, preparation and evaluation.
  • Development of presentations for all levels of management.
  • Highly motivated and results oriented.
  • Team oriented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across different business functions.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently with a high degree of organization and time management.
  • Ability to drive and implement change.
  • Exceptional project management leadership and influence skills.
