Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to customers and colleagues by managing incoming calls and emails to facilitate quotes, claims, and orders for spare parts and warranties.
  • Receive, prioritize, track, and resolve inquiries from customers, sales representatives, and installation teams regarding parts requests.
  • Examine technical documentation and investigate historical installation data to ascertain warranty eligibility for parts.
  • Employ exceptional customer service skills to address all inquiries and maintain ongoing communication promptly.
  • Generate quotes and create purchase orders for parts using Navision and CRM software, keeping the requesting party informed with order confirmations and tracking details.
  • Work closely with internal teams to secure warranty approvals and address missing parts requests for ongoing installations, while staying informed about warehouse inventory.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Preferred 1+ years of experience in technical processing or inventory management within the building materials or construction sectors.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Navision, and/or CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
