About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diverse Community Recruiter to join our team at Bridgeprep Academy, Inc. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective outreach strategies to engage with diverse families and communities, promoting Bridgeprep Academy's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and retain diverse students from underrepresented populations, including low-income families, English language learners, and students with disabilities.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging social media, email, and other channels to reach prospective families.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community-based organizations (CBOs), schools, and other stakeholders to increase visibility and awareness of Bridgeprep Academy's programs and services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of applicant interactions, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective outreach strategies, including attending community events and informational fairs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field, preferably in education or non-profit sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse families and communities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $55,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
