Job Overview

The Help Desk Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote support software. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote support software.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with hardware and software.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to resolve customer complaints.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and internal processes.


Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Occasional weekend coverage required.
