Salary and Benefits
We are offering a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and a generous paid time off policy.
Key Responsibilities
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to establish trust and rapport with your clients, while your expertise in behavioral health will inform your approach to assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Additionally, your bilingual abilities will facilitate communication with Spanish-speaking patients and families, enhancing our hospital's capacity to serve diverse communities.
Education and Experience Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work) and prior experience in behavioral health settings are mandatory requirements for this position. Crisis intervention training and BLS certification are also necessary, as you will be working in fast-paced environments where timely response is crucial. Lastly, proficiency in both English and Spanish languages will be valuable assets in serving our culturally diverse patient population.
