KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Performance: Achieve company sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product knowledge with customers. Assist customers in selecting merchandise that aligns with their preferences and needs. Stay informed about current promotions and pricing while maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Customer Service Excellence: Exemplify the principles of outstanding personal service, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience for customers. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Facilitate a smooth checkout process by staying updated on payment policies, returns, and exchanges, while also promoting additional sales opportunities.

Operational Support: Aid in inventory replenishment to keep the store well-stocked. Participate in visual merchandising initiatives, including floor setups and signage placement, as directed. Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere within the team. Actively seek opportunities for personal growth and welcome constructive feedback.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to adapt to technology utilized by the company
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Regular attendance is vital to meet company objectives, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This role involves constant walking and standing, occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs, and frequent climbing during shifts.
