Job Title: Lean Leader

At GE Digital, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lean Leader to join our Grid Software team. As a Lean Leader, you will play a critical role in driving business improvement initiatives and problem-solving our most important business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop value stream maps to eliminate non-value-added waste in product, material, and information flow.
  • Facilitate kaizen activities using the GE Kaizen Playbook and facilitation process for VSM's, Flow/Standard Work, 5s, Daily Management, Kanban, 3P, SMED, and other Lean processes.
  • Prioritize, coordinate assistance, and measure improvements.
  • Promote and facilitate the use of the Lean Problem-Solving process.
  • Work with the sourcing leadership team to define and educate the workforce on a Lean transformation plan.
  • Manage the continuous improvement calendar for assigned departments.
  • Collaborate with Lean Leadership to create and promote a Lean culture across the Grid Software business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience leading in Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Services, Digital/Software, or Commercial.
  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt/Black Belt or relevant Lean certification.
