Participate in global CoPs, stimulating engagement and traffic among users, and answering questions.

Requirements
  • Transformation Experience

You have acquired 5+ years of experience in transformation, process deployment, or solution activation experience. You have Solutions deployment engagement experience, and strong data analysis and clinical performance improvement experience with healthcare organizations preferred.

Strategic Skills

Your skills include a high level of strategic skills, including an ability to synthesize disparate information into actionable strategies and end-to-end designs. You have knowledge of business process design methods and continuous improvement methods.

Education and Certifications

You have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant program (e.g., Business, Industrial Engineering, or Health Science). Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.

Communication and Collaboration

You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal), with an ability to work in a matrixed organization and team environment to successfully interact with all levels of internal stakeholders. You have strong prioritization and creative problem-solving skills. Must be willing or able to travel up to 25% as required by business needs (international and domestic).
