Business Launch and Growth Manager

Stepful is seeking a seasoned Business Launch and Growth Manager to spearhead the launch and operation of a new business unit. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong operational background to make a meaningful impact in healthcare education.
Key Responsibilities- Business Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies, operational plans, and performance metrics to drive growth and success.
- P&L Management: Own the profit and loss (P&L) for the business unit, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded through effective financial management and monitoring.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence to identify opportunities, assess risks, and inform strategic decisions, ensuring the business unit operates efficiently and effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare education sector, maintaining the highest level of integrity and adherence to industry standards.
- Operational Excellence: Foster operational efficiency and excellence in all aspects of the business unit, implementing processes and systems to support scalable growth and success.
- 8+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on business operations and P&L management.
- Highly analytical with strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communicator and team player, with a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done successfully.
- Experience in healthcare or education, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
