Role Objective:

The core function of this role is to oversee production timelines utilizing the ERP system INFOR, ensuring seamless coordination of manufacturing operations.

Essential Duties:

  • Assess and formulate production timelines based on client orders and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with various teams to synchronize sales demands with production lead times.
  • Organize production tasks across multiple workstations using ERP solutions.
  • Modify schedules as necessary to address urgent orders, material shortages, and other interruptions.
  • Engage with design and fabrication teams to fulfill production needs.
  • Work alongside production personnel to enhance manufacturing schedules.
  • Evaluate capacity planning in relation to sales order releases and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and established protocols.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong time management skills.

Work Environment:

Physical Requirements:

Activities: Sitting – 70%, Walking/Standing – 30%

Lifting: Frequently up to 30 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
