Customer Support Associates are adept at understanding customer perspectives and advocating on their behalf when necessary. They play a crucial role in gathering valuable customer feedback and are naturally inclined towards problem-solving. A successful candidate will be confident in troubleshooting issues and will proactively seek additional information when required to resolve customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls
- Generate potential sales leads
- Assess and identify customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with customer accounts through open communication
- Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
- Achieve personal and team sales targets while managing call handling quotas
- Address customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within designated timeframes; follow up to confirm resolution
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize documentation
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage and assist customers
Required Skills

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Shift: 8-hour shift
Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Environment: In-person
