Healthcare Customer Service Representative

HealthCare Support is seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers.
Responsibilities- Handle incoming calls regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims status
- Provide assistance to members and providers
- Work flexible 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday rotations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of call center experience
- High-speed internet with a minimum of 100 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload speeds
- Computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Managed Care Organization experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance

$19.64 per hour
