HealthCare Support is seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims status
  • Provide assistance to members and providers
  • Work flexible 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday rotations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of call center experience
  • High-speed internet with a minimum of 100 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload speeds
  • Computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 30 WPM
Preferred Qualifications
  • Managed Care Organization experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
