Plumbing Sales Director

GPAC, an award-winning search firm, seeks a skilled Plumbing Sales Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, this individual will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team to increase sales and optimize efficiency.
• Estimate and sell plumbing projects and/or services, focusing on building relationships with customers and personnel to drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans, resulting in increased revenue and market share.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the plumbing industry, including trends, best practices, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential management roles, with a proven track record of success in sales and team leadership.
• Advanced MS Office and MS Project skills, with the ability to read plans and specs, estimate plumbing projects with limited training, and work with multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test, with a high school diploma or higher.
