We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at C & G Enterprises LLC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and assess customer needs to exceed satisfaction and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers and clients through open and interactive communication
  • Meet personal and team call goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits
  • Document customer interactions and follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone communication and listening skills
  • Familiarity with software including email, Microsoft Excel, and Gsuite
  • Customer-focused and ability to pivot to different types of personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
  • Experience:
    • Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
    • Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
