We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at C & G Enterprises LLC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Meet or exceed customer service team call goals and performance metrics.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve customer service processes.
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure compliance and quality service.
Requirements:
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Track record of exceeding goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong phone communication and listening skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.
  • Familiarity with software applications, including email, Microsoft Excel, and Gsuite.
  • Customer-focused and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • High school degree or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not essential.
