Client Engagement + Assistance
Redfin consultants are equipped with all the tools necessary to connect with qualified buyers and secure listings.

  • Client Base: You will receive 100 new clients each year from Redfin, in addition to assisting those already within your network.
  • Innovative Technology: Our proprietary CRM system enables you to manage your transactions and maintain communication with your entire pipeline, notifying you when clients may be ready to make their next move.
  • Comprehensive Support: You will receive assistance from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents. Our internal sales team qualifies leads and schedules appointments directly on your calendar, managing various details for events, such as organizing showings and notifying you of your commitments.

Redfin consultants earn competitive commissions on their completed transactions, with limitless earning potential. Commission structures vary based on the source of the deal, with higher splits available for repeat Redfin clients:
  • Competitive Commission Splits: Redfin consultants earn attractive commissions on the revenue from their closed transactions, with no caps on potential earnings. Splits differ by deal source (agent-generated or Redfin-generated), with higher commission rates for repeat clients.
  • In-Year Incentives: Opportunity to unlock increased commissions through an in-year commission accelerator, applicable for the remainder of the year upon reaching specified sales volume targets.

Who You Are
We seek top-tier consultants who prioritize client satisfaction and are motivated to excel in their careers.
  • Possess an active and unrestricted real estate license.
  • Have successfully closed a minimum of 15 residential transactions in the past two years (excluding leases).
  • Act as a trusted advisor with substantial experience guiding clients through the buying and selling process.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to convert web leads into clients, close deals, and generate referral business.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

The compensation details provided below comply with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. Expected commissions in this position range from $35K to $555K. Redfin offers a generous benefits package that includes 15 paid vacation days, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, sick leave, and flexible days; medical, dental, and vision insurance; flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, life and disability insurance; fertility benefits, commuter benefits, Employee Assistance Programs; and 401(k) employer matching.
