We are looking for a driven Insurance Sales Consultant to become part of our vibrant team. No previous experience in the insurance field is necessary, as we offer extensive training to equip you for success. This role features a base salary of $30,000, complemented by an attractive commission structure and bonus potential. New hires can expect to earn between $65,000 and $85,000 annually in their first year. There are also opportunities for career advancement, including the potential to progress to a Team Lead position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate insurance quotes for potential clients via phone or in-person consultations.
  • Work collaboratively with our professional team to meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage long-term loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products.
  • Engage in weekly training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
  • License: Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain an Active Property and Casualty License prior to starting.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a strong desire to achieve.
  • Open to coaching and constructive feedback for ongoing improvement.
  • Demonstrates honesty and integrity in all dealings.
  • Persistent and resourceful in overcoming obstacles.
