Previous experience in the insurance field is not necessary, as we offer extensive training to equip you for success. This role provides a base salary of $30,000, complemented by a generous commission structure and bonus potential. New hires can expect to earn between $65,000 and $85,000 annually in their first year. There are also opportunities for advancement, including the potential to progress to a Team Lead position.
