Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) at Maxim Healthcare Services

About the Role:

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team as a Private Duty Nursing Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care under the guidance of our Director of Clinical Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, Plan, Implement, and Evaluate Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Recognize and Assess Physiological and Psychosocial Changes: Identify and respond to signs and symptoms of physiological and psychosocial changes in patients, providing timely and effective interventions.
  • Collect, Analyze, and Interpret Data: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to formulate nursing diagnoses, informing patient care plans and interventions.
  • Document and Review Patient Care Plans: Accurately document patient care plans, outcomes, and interventions, reviewing and updating plans as necessary.
  • Prioritize and Perform Interventions: Prioritize and perform interventions based on care plans and policies, ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.
  • Evaluate and Adapt Care Plans: Continuously evaluate and adapt care plans according to patient needs and outcomes, ensuring the best possible patient care.
  • Clinical Judgment and Prioritization: Demonstrate clinical judgment in meeting patient care needs and establishing priorities, ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Fulfill other duties as assigned by our Director of Clinical Services.

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License: Possess an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
  • Current Health Certificate and PPD/Chest X-Ray: Maintain a current Health Certificate and PPD/Chest X-Ray.
  • Valid BLS Certification: Hold valid BLS certification.
  • Preferred Experience: Preferably one year of prior RN experience.
